Intrafin is one of Europe's leading distributors of board games, trading card games (TCGs), miniatures, puzzles and collectibles. From our headquarters in Belgium, we supply hundreds of retailers across Europe. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our team.

Your role

As a Sales Administrator, you will be the vital link between our customers, warehouse and suppliers. Thanks to your organisational skills and customer-focused mindset, you will ensure that orders are processed efficiently from start to finish.

Your responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone and provide commercial follow-up.
• Monitor customer orders, deliveries and shipments.
• Create and maintain new products in our ERP system.
• Answer customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Work closely with colleagues in sales, logistics and administration.
• Help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Who are you?

• You are organised, accurate and detail-oriented.
• You enjoy working with customers and have excellent communication skills.
• You are a proactive team player with a hands-on mentality.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written.
• You preferably live within a reasonable commuting distance of our office.
